One-Hour Fitness Consultation: No More Guesswork!
During our one-time phone consultation, you’ll connect with Dan who has guided others in losing fat, building muscle, and developing the confidence to overcome life’s challenges. He’ll address your questions on exercise selection, program design, nutrition, and strategies to tackle common obstacles. The call lasts up to one hour, and if there are any questions he can’t answer during the session, he’ll provide a follow-up within the week.
Elite Custom Fitness Blueprint: Tailored For Success
Dan will provide a personalized nutrition and training program designed to fit your unique goals and lifestyle. After a one-hour consultation call and a comprehensive questionnaire, he will craft a detailed plan tailored to you, including recommended adjustments to follow for the next three months. This one-time service gives you the tools and guidance to stay on track and achieve long-lasting results.
Our App
Through the app, Coach Dan can send you personalized workouts, diet plans, and daily habits (if applicable). You can either quickly log your own workouts or follow a guided, set-by-set program complete with helpful videos and expert tips Dan has gained from years of experience. Your diet plan is easily accessible within the app and can also be printed if you prefer to keep it on your fridge or somewhere convenient. The app also allows for seamless messaging, progress tracking, educational resources, and even integrates with your Apple Watch for more detailed feedback on your progress.
